The healing that comes from forgiveness

Release to bring more peace….

We will get hurt by others…. intentionally or unintentionally, it’ll happen.

When such an event occurs, it is wise to take a step back.

Take a mental note of what you feel.

Remember that the choice to hold the emotion is yours and yours alone.

Most of the time, people have no ill intention.

For those that do, hold a space of compassion for such individuals.

Life is challenging enough…

Don’t cage yourself within the walls of others’ insecurities.

Hurt people hurt people so try and disengage from that cycle.
